Well, tomorrow is the "big day!!" In less than 24 hours I will be on my way to my new home abroad. How bizarre is that?? Yesterday my family held a big "bon voyage" party for me and I really think it was just the thing I needed to take my mind off of the task at hand. We ate, laughed, and remembered my childhood. You know...It actually felt more like a funeral at times. I printed my boarding passes out which gave me an entire new wave of nausea because this adventure is becoming more real with every passing minute. Okay...I'm going to attempt to sleep and then head off to the city of lights.

THE FIRST POST
I am getting ready!!! I need to pack and get my ducks in a row, but my visa and paperwork is in hand...at least there is some good news.
